OUR WHY...

Joy, selflessness, unconditional and endless love, strength to provide; and also, exhaustion, despair, heartache, and loneliness. All things I think every parent can experience on their parenting journey, in our individualistic, hustle led culture.

If your child has some type of neurodivergence  (ADHD, autism, anxiety, dyslexia, etc) or any disability, then in addition to the above, you're likely also hustling to keep up with finding great resources, obtaining meaningful and accurate diagnoses, supporting your child's needs at home and advocating for them while they're in the care of others. Not to mention finding a way to meet your own needs, keep your marriage healthy and give siblings what they need too. It's a lot.

God has put our family on this journey for a reason. We have come to know Him more intimately and to experience more of the ironic freedom that comes with surrendering to His plan. We have been led to make some big changes that have brought more joy, understanding, peace and delight into all of our lives. One of which has four legs, the cutest nose and a cheeky personality.

With our small equestrian facility, generations of horsey women, and a background in dressage - we have registered this 501(c)3 and are thrilled to share what we have created for our family with other horse loving kids.

Through 1:1 horseback riding lessons, small group day camps, ladies mornings and family days, we invite you to be a part of the 'The Barn Family', where our aim is to fill your family's cup with peace, joy and meaningful connection.  This is beneficial for everyone and particularly those with neurodivergence (anxiety, adhd, autism etc). We are neuroaffirming and want to accommodate however we can.

We're beyond grateful you've landed on our site and look forward to connecting with you wherever you are on your  journey.
